MA State Electric Co offers financial incentives for occupancy sensors:
Ceiling or wall mounted sensors $75 per device (new construction
may not be eligible); dimming daylighting controls $40 per ballast;
hi/lo control $40 per ballast; wall switch sensors, $40 per device
(cannot be installed in restrooms and may not be eligible for new
construction); hi/lo HID controller $100 per fixture; high bay occupancy
sensors $60 per device.

Nantucket Electric Company’s Design 2000plus offers technical
assistance and financial incentives to large commercial and industrial
customers who are building new facilities, adding capacity for manufacturing,
replacing failed equipment or undergoing major renovations. Through
the Custom Projects program, incentives of up to 75% of the additional
cost for efficiency upgrades are available. Even higher incentives
and a wide variety of energy efficient opportunities are available

Through rebates, WNECO encourages customers to retrofit older lighting
and replace motors and heating/cooling equipment with newer equipment
that provides the same – or sometimes better – lighting
and comfort while lowering electric energy use. The rebates are
fixed amounts, provided on a per-unit basis. They are paid directly
to customers after they install pre-designated measures using qualified,
licensed contractors.
Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers whose average peak
demand is up to 349 kW are eligible. All C&I customers, no matter
what size, are eligible to receive rebates for room occupancy sensors,
devices that turn the lights on or off within individual rooms or
work areas. Rebates are limited to $10,000 per year, per customer
account. Rebates on a per fixture basis are available for installing
a combination of high-efficiency fluorescent lighting and electronic
ballasts and on a per-unit basis for occupancy sensors.
